As I record this one - “Post a reminder of your commitment to your new, healthy habit”, I know I need to go do this. I need to have little written notes set for myself. I have one in my daily devotional book, which I read every day. I love what Sam Crowley says - “writing is the doing part of thinking.” I sure do think a lot. It’s time for me to “do” more with my thinking. It’s always about taking action and these little postings - remember, they are in my own writing - they are to myself! Nobody else sees them. It’s me to me. Simple for all of us to do - but only if we actually do it does it become simple. I need to commit to this and I will do it. Hope you find this one good for you too. Thanks for listening. Please take a few moments to subscribe & share this with someone, also leave a 5 Star rating on Apple Podcasts and ITunes or other services where you find this show.
