What a year!

2025 has been the year of the snake, the shedding of what no longer serves you.

For me, it has been the first full year where I've navigated officially having two businesses. Amy-Yoga, my training business, and Amy Jones Mentor Ltd, business strategist and mentor for female founders.

Growing my new business and sustaining the old has not been a straight line, alongside life that life us all!

This is the story of courage, of throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what sticks, to getting things massively right and massively wrong.

I find myself at the end of 2025, very proud of how I have navigated it all and if I am honest, a little scared, as the turnovers of my businesses have literally swapped around!

If 2026 is a new beginning, a one year, it certainly feels like I am stepping out into a new unknown.

For the most part, this is exciting!
