エンヤドットエンヤドットの掛け声でおなじみ、松島を代表する民謡「大漁唄い込み」。カツオ漁などの大漁を祝う歌でした。今では珍しくなったと言われる「ナマリブシ（生利節）」で、松島のカツオをいただきました。通常のかつお節か何度か燻製を繰り返して作るのに対して、「ナマリブシ」の燻製は一度だけ。だからなのか、カツオそのままの味が、芯のあたりに残っていて絶品でした。松島ではこうしてカツオをいつでも食べられるように工夫を凝らしていました。
