Absolutely Brilliant
This is the best self help book I have read. The content and delivery I cannot fault. A book everyhuman should read.

Knowledge is power. If you want to arm yourself with the tools and understanding you need to change your everyday life - this series is for you. Easy to follow, Rebecca Ray breaks things down into non-intimidating knowledge bombs which make you really think about the patterns in your life. Without accusation, this series allows you create gentle change with a big impact. Cannot recommend highly enough.

extremely helpful
rebecca ray is very clear in how she narrates. What she said made sense and I could resonate with a lot of it. I was already putting bits into practice before I finished

I wished I had listened to this sooner
I have read and listened to many books and podcasts in the space of habits and breakthrough, and i thought this would be one of the same same. Boy I was wrong. the way the content is broken down and how each strategies are built upon one foundation after another, actually help my understanding in a simple terms how we can recognise the self sabotage and breakthrough. the speaker shared the content in an engaging and interesting tone, U can never get bored. this would be one audio I will listen over and over again. in fact I have recommended this audio to many of my friends!

Best self help Podcast
I love this podcast. I highly recommend you take the time to listen to it. We all have something that held us back from being our best self. Thank you Rebecca Ray for making it so informative, entertaining , realistic and providing easy to follow step by step formula. I especially love that you remind us to" be kind to ourselves" all the time. I think this is the key to successfully change our habits. I am grateful to have found this and thank you Audible for making it free and accessible.

This is real. Really helpful and practical.
