Oustanding book

A consice, and jam packed book full of the wisdom of Ayurveda. Second to none for the beginner in my opinion. Absorbing the information of this book will leave the reader with the ability to self practice the science of Ayurveda to improve one's health.

Good started but recommend a more comprehensive book for someone seriously considering bringing ayurveda into their lives. This is an okay book but the advertising about the other books is quite annoying. Overall it is a quick read and gives some basic advice.

Full of very informative tips.

A good reference book to have on hand especially if you want to know more about Ayurveda and natural healing. It is clearly written and the information are easy to understand. The instructions are also written in a way that even preteens can easily follow.

Good Overview
