Sound financial advice

Well written and narrated. Easy to listen to.
Slightly UK focussed but still good advice, broken up into sensible chapters.

Great examples to explain the concepts...

I really enjoyed this series. It tackles those awkward things about money we really don’t like talking about. Real life examples that I could connect with and wasnt preachy about things. Until...the last episode about death & life insurance let this series down. Maybe it’s because I’ve seen the financial burden life insurance can do to someone (come on it’s insurance...and unless you die...you’re losing $$$), I felt like the last episode was pushing life insurance as a miracle product. It doesn’t give enough explanation about its risks & what it really involves.

I loved this.

the social spending episode was my favorite as I recently made the difficult decision to decline the invite to one of my dearest friend's hens party due to the $500 price tag attached to it. this episode put into words everything I had been feeling but didn't know how to articulate
