I love the book

I don't usually care for cookbooks on my tablet but this one was on sale so I couldn't pass it up! Glad I got it as there is a lot of good info and many recipes worth a try!

Fairly complicated subject into understandable way

If you want to stay healthy, follow this book.

Excellent source of information on how to keep your body in exceptional shape. I especially like how the author does not explain to touch for supplements but focuses on decent eating habits to get the daily nutrients needed.

This book has all you really need to know.

I liked the in-depth explanations of the topic of autophagy and how diet, exercise, and sleep are related. In medical, technical areas, a few times a more straightforward answer could have helped.

I am fasting and losing weight.

Listen to it cover to cover and now plan to go back and relisten slowly taking notes. This book is an excellent combination of science in the first half and the practical how-to in the second. He explains what happens when you don’t fast and how what you ingest during the fasting window affects the results you may get and your health.

Best Ever Autophagy: Live healthy.

I tried the autophagy exercise and diet, which were quite good. The author has deeply researched his subject. He examines into some of the other diets out there and gives guidelines on how to approach these diets in accordance with what you're trying to accomplishment in either a catabolic or anabolic state.

It has so many health benefits.

I enjoyed this book and found it very informative. I would have provided it five stars because the message was spot on. Generally, this is a good book worth listening.
