This is an incredible cookbook

I recommend this audiobook

One caveat ... there were numerous places where the word choice had obviously been affected by “auto correct” ... always jarring to me, since I was previously a business teacher. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use my red pen on the kindle edition 😉

Great source of information audiobook...

Great source of information on how to keep your body in great shape. I particularly like how Siim does not teach to reach for supplements but focuses on proper eating habits to get the daily nutrients needed.
