Very helpful for anyone. Practical !!

The organization of the book does a good job keeping my attention too, and it focuses on real life examples of problems people face and real-life solutions. This book has changed my life; I now have a list of mini-projects to improve my ability to stay organized/clean. Love it.

A lot Of Work!!

This book is uplifting. Rather than focusing on ADD as a deficit, Weiss addresses it as a difference with some great benefits. This one is different in a way that I have found much more useful. I especially like the parts of the book where she talks about ADD (rather than the exercises). I appreciate this book!!

Strategies actually work!

This book offers some simple things you can do in your daily routine to make a ADHD household run smoother. It really has some awesome things parents can do. I like to leave this book laying out and pick it up and read through it daily. It lays it's plan out very nicely.
