Amazing book

It is an inspiring book!

It is an inspiring book from a real-life success story and is full of common sense ideas to help someone like me, and probably you. I have been a fan of this book

I have been a fan of the Atkins, low-carb diet for a long time but I have never seen it so broken down and explained like this. This book puts the diet in phases, which is very helpful and guides you through issues that may come up along the way. The goal is to get your body to burn stored fat and this book very methodically tells you how that will happen.
