Fell short compared to others on this subject
I've read/listened to many books on this topic and this one is a thumbs down. It's very basic, everything mentioned you can learn by watching a few you tube videos. Of the 3hr 45min the chapter with "techniques" is only 12 min long. Even then it's actually "tips" not actual techniques. Given how the information is presented and the lack of knowledge I seriously doubt this author has ever had an astral projection. I could write a book just based on everything I've read in other books and it would be more informative than this. Save yourself the time and money. The best books still are those written by the people who are well known in this field and teach others such as William Buhlman. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this one.

this audiobook is relly good
Love this audiobook! I prefer to read more general information on this type of topic that can help anyone, vs personal experience and this was most definitely a audiobook to help anyone find the best way to astral project! So far still working on meditation but my dreams are becoming more vivid and I am experiencing more control over those dreams for now. I will be reading this audiobook a few times!

This audiobook was a good
This audiobook was the same information as most of the ones I have listen on this subject but it was compiled well and presented well and with no grammar errors. I rate it as one of the better ones out there. I almost cut one star because there just wasn't that much information presented and I keep looking for something more detailed or specific. But I went ahead with 5 stars because it is one of the better ones I've found.

This audiobook is perfect for beginners who want to find how to Astral Project. It has lots of useful information and lots of techniques for astral projections. I suggest you get this book if your a beginner because after all that's what it's for. And it's well worth your money.

Really disappointed with this.
It's not a book - it is someone ready blog posts.
Some content is okay but not worth the money.
Much better reads from Robert Peterson and William Buhlman.
I am requesting a refund.

A lot of good information audiobook..
I really enjoyed his audiobook. It was written in an easy to listen style, and there is a lot of good information in here. I recommend it. The way in which each technique is presented means that you can work with any of them without needing to become proficient in previous techniques.

I loved this audiobook....
I loved how concise this audiobook was. I felt that I learned a solid foundation about AP but was not overwhelmed. I listen it in about an hour. The author also took care to be respectful of different cultures and people's interpretations of the AP experience.

Astral Projection for Beginners is a great audiobook for learning techniques on astral projection and lucid dreaming. Because there are several different techniques to help one get to the astral plane, I think that one of them will be right for the reader. I am a huge fan of the author. I have enjoyed everyone of her audiobooks that I've read. I highly recommend this audiobook .

Very detailed audiobook..
Very detailed audiobook and does work iv manged to do it bout 6 times in a thew mouths but had bad exspence with one when something coverup was on the over side still dont no wat but no friend I no that and going in to furture past and present is hard to get your head round .recomend if u want to astro travel.

Extraordinary audiobook..

Good audiobook about astral projection! if you're browsing for a audiobook/ becoming interesting in learning how to astral project this audiobook is for you. I haven't listen it all yet, because I am still trying to lucid dream, but astral projection is the next step after lucid dreaming.
