I am in a very toxic relationship

I am in a very toxic relationship. I actually didn't know what to do. I didn't understand what was wrong with me. And then like a light in the night i realized what was wrong, not me but my boyfriend! Thanks to this book i found the guts to break with him. Buy it. You will not regret it. Anyway, the book deserves 5 stars

My husband and I have been using this book as a training tool. Both communication and intimacy have improved. Yes, we have to be motivated to follow the lead, of course. Anyway, the book deserves 5 stars, in my opinion.

The chapters are short and Audible very quickly

My boyfriend and I were not talking anymore. I was honestly looking for someone else who could make me feel better. So i bought this book looking for help before sending everything to hell. The book is very straightforward, with simple exercises that helped me. The chapters are short and Audible very quickly. Also, the informal activities are amazing. Get it!

I am learning why i am what I am.

When I started listening the book, I felt like the author was speaking directly to me! Incredible! Yeah, i have a big problem with anxiety when it is to relate to other women. This book is helping me heal from the bad things that happened to me in the past. I am learning why i am what I am.

Top! What else can i say! With the smooth and precise knowledge, i got thanks to the book i fight less with my wife, and i love her even more than we married 11 years ago! I felt inspired and motivated to make our marriage work while listening the book. Strongly recommend it!

Very easy to listen

I decided to buy this book because i was always anxious and very jealous of all my partners. After the last break up, i said to myself: it is time to make a change. It couldn't always be the other's mistake, it has to be something inside me. Thanks to this book, i started analyzing my behavior and my inner thoughts. Now i can see how many mistakes i made i wasn't even aware of. Very easy to listen, it helped me a lot, and now I'm hopeful my next relationship will be better.

Very helpful. Get it.

I've always been shy and insecure with girls, and i didn't know how to fight this overwhelming anxiety i had every time i had to talk with any girl. Listening this book i understood i wasn't "wrong" and it wasn't all about me. I'm working on myself and i'm using all these fantastic tips i listen in the book. Very helpful. Get it.

My boyfriend and I are thrilled to have bought this book. It has given us perspective about our mistakes and awful habits. Jealous people need to listen it! People terrified that your partner can leave you must read it! You just must!

This book is helping me do it.

I had the luck to know Diletta Chan personally

I had the luck to know Diletta Chan personally. She was my therapist for a few years. I was on the brink of breaking up with my boyfriend when i decided to see a therapist. She helped me figure out what was wrong with me and gave me the tools to save my relationship. I don't know her husband Anthony, but i would recommend to everybody to get this book. She is a very professional person who believes people can be actually cured and not only helped. Thanks to her i feel a healthy person and watch atm y old myself as someone else. Go for it with no doubts.

Being a psychotherapist myself

Being a psychotherapist myself, i looked at this book for some insight and help. This is one of the most understandable i have ever listen. Filled with many pieces of information, instructions, and suggestions, i recommend it also to therapists. It may be an essential asset to help your clients to understand what is going on with their partners deeply.

it's impressive

I bought this book for my girlfriend as a joke. But then looking at her, at the change of behavior she got, i became very curious, and i started reading it. Now we are always discussing our flows and errors, and our relationship has grown up a lot. Buy the book, it's impressive

everybody who is struggling to buy it.

I was in a bad place, always fighting with my husband, so I was looking for some help, and I decided to buy this book. It's full of useful tips, and it's helping my relationship, my behavior towards my husband has changed, I'm really trying hard to change things. So i feel thankful to this book. I feel like there is hope now that I can have a new fulfilling relationship with him. I recommend everybody who is struggling to buy it.

Easy listenand so satisfying.

Easy listenand so satisfying. I caught myself many times, thinking: "this sounds exactly like me!". Many times people like me feel alone when got problems like this and feel ashamed to talk about it with others. This book gave me the courage to go and see a therapist finally, after years, i wasn't brave enough to do it

I've not finished the book yet

I've not finished the book yet, but i wanted to give it 5 stars. It has already helped me a lot, only listening the first chapters. I wasn't aware of how many wrong thoughts i had and how my bad habits were ruining my life. Thanks!

I guess the authors did an excellent

I guess the authors did an excellent job with this book. For being 2 professionals that could have written something not understandable by the majority, i think, instead, they did a great job: the book is easy to read and full of tips.
