I've read and listened to A LOT of books about panic and anxiety. This book explains panic attacks and GAD better than any other.

Decent Book

Some good information about how our brains work but otherwise no clear information about exercises or strategies to implement specifically

very repetitive but perhaps by design

understanding some of the inner workings of the brain and hearing from the collection of stories from others with similar issues seems to be helping.
