I felt like a huge burden has been lifted from me. I didn't realize it, but I carried anger around for a long time, it robs you of energy and happiness. Please buy this book if you want peace and happiness in your life. This book is life-changing.

A mind changeable audible

I have learned so much from this book. We all struggle with anger, but few of us notice it is there. Most people act as if anger is normal and let it thrive. But when you realize you can choose not to feel anger, and that anger damages you, then a lot of doors open.

Extremely Prescribed Audible

I gave this book to my boyfriend to help with his anger issues. He's not a fan of listening too much but I kept encouraging him to listen to it. I told him I had done everything I could to help him, now he had to do his share.
