This author is a genius indeed

teenager couldn't listen to the narrator

Needs a different narrator in order for teens to listen attentively, so disappointing that it couldn't be used.

This is one of the best audible I have ever listen

This audible is a very quick and easy listen.

The only complaint my daughter had was that initially she thought it looked like a standardized test practice for her school. She was reluctant to start but once she did, she found it helpful and interesting. She said the strategies she is learning are helpful.

The author did an excellent job of speaking.

I bought several of these workbooks and they are great. It is really based on the Cognitive behavioral therapy and I use it with my middle school and high school students. I especially love the anxiety workbook out of all of them.
