This audio-book must it will change way you think!

One of the very few audio-book that actually lives up to the hype. It’s logical, funny and no bs. People are so used to fluff and feel good all the time that this is a refreshing punch in the face. It can change your life if you take the value with you after you stop lintening.

I love this audio-book It made me laugh!!

I recommended this audio-book it to four people!

I even got an extra a gift for a friend. I intend to listen this audio-book every couple years or so for the times I need to be reminded of what improved my life so much in the first place.

This was definitely an eye opener the knowledge

I loved this audio-book!!

I loved this audio-book. It helped me through so many panic attacks. I am better able live with the anxiety that I have. I have improved significantly since I have listen this audio-book and have done so much that I feared before listen this audio-book.

I have major audio-books anxiety!!

It has some measures to take to dig deeper into the logic behind it all and it's decorated in a way that's not too clinical. It helped me better understand my anxiety, and offered other methods for coping.

Everything you need to know to manage your anxiety

Comes exactly as advertised. No complaints! Helpful audio-book when coupled when taken in the context of faith! I wouldn’t look to this audio-book as the end-all fix to anxiety.
