I highly recommend it!

Seems politicians are using fear to ramp up our anxiety as if we didn’t have enough to worry about. This book is has fabulous advice on how to combat anxiety! I highly recommend it!

This audiobook is great for Anxiety.

This audiobook is great for Anxiety. because I was hoping to learn a skill set to combat anxiety but have found this is more of a audiobook to learn about myself. I do enjoy it and have partnered it with professional help so the two together seem to work well. This audioook is something my daughter and I are working through, and I anticipate it being very helpful in many respects!

This is a good audiobook.

This is a good audiobook if you follow up with all of the homework that comes with it. I found a therapist would work better. You need a coach to help you through this audiobook. Highly recommend this audiobook .

Very informative audiobook.

Great! I liked learning about many approaches to unfkg the brain and value the author’s perspective as an expert in her field. Surprisingly I learned more about coping with trauma than I had expected. I don’t really enjoy reading but I did enjoy listening this! She gets to the point with the perfect amount of humor sprinkled throughout. I have already been talking to others about what I’ve learned and have recommended this audiobook to others.

This audiobook has helped more than anything else

Still recovering, but so far, this audiobook has helped more than anything else. It teaches you to accept the panic and be excited about it instead of fearing it and trying to distract yourself from it. You face it and welcome it instead. I should mention I haven't had a panic attack since listening to it a couple of weeks ago, so I don't know if it will hold up when I do. It is helping me not panic in the first place though.

I'm still very much practicing the techniques in this audiobook and I know I have a long way to go, however, I feel like the author couldn't possibly have to speak this audiobook without truly having dealt with long-term generalized anxiety and panic attacks.

Amazing! So calming!

This book really taught me how to deal with my anxiety. Every time one comes on now, I just think to myself that this is just adrenaline going through my body. The feeling I get when I WIN, is a great felling of joy!

Already started helping

I found this book to be extremely helpful I was in the midst of a full-blown anxiety attack and was considering going on meds when I got this book. It really helped put things in perspective for me, I am able to amp things down much quicker now and I feel a little bit more in control of myself.

Anxiety awareness

The book has helped me get through some very difficult times without panicking and ruining everything. I have been a victim to panic attacks for quite some time and I never knew that I could ever get over this disorder especially when all the sessions why my therapist were ending in futility. Thank you!

Anxiety?

I downloaded this book because I saw that it had really good reviews; but it just seemed to be a platform for advertising his PT company, it wasn’t really as informative as I was expecting. I’m not expecting miracle cures etc; but this was more like common sense; things I already know! It’s a shame really, I had high hopes, but this did not really help!

Good overview.

A new day

This book has given me the confidence to start again in a life unhindered by my anxiety which has previously left me unable to work, and struggling with self esteem issues. Most Informative

I've suffered from anxiety and panic my entire life and I've read dozens of books on the topic, been in therapy, and tried many different approaches - I found this book to be insulting, trite, and dismissive of people that suffer from anxiety and panic.

Just as expected

This book is life changing. It is an in-depth look at anxiety and a program to "heal" and not just manage the symptoms. The audios are equally as helpful. Finally, I feel understood and not so alone. Great book!
