Excellent audiobook

This book saved my life. I have recently had health problems and a test came back positive for an auto immune disease - not sure which. This book helped me go from being nauseous and super inflamed after every meal to going back to a normal routine. I will say you will have to customize some of the foods (peanuts for me are a trigger), but it’s a good basis for starting.

Very Useful guidebook

Very well put together book. Great information, clear and concise and friendly; laid out coherently. Great recipes. I learned a lot and also felt confident enough to experiment/combine after reading through it the first time. Very helpful; it has become a go-to book for cooking and planning on a daily basis. One of the best book

This book is amazing! The recipes are fabulous. You can follow this plan and be fully satisfied, all the while losing weight. Many of my issues have resolved. You won't miss the inflammatory triggers one bit. Highly recommend.

Unique Ways To Plan Diet

I usually do not take the time to write reviews on a product though I shop from Amazon frequently. However, for this Cookbook I will take the time. I cook half a day in a school kitchen so that is usually the last thing I want to do when I get home. I have tried several Cookbooks featuring organic whole foods but find them to be too time consuming so I end up grabbing something fast and easy but not as healthy. I love that I can have supper on the table in less than and hour and that I do not have to buy a large variety of foods for my pantry. The combinations and flavors are loved by my entire 4 generation household and I will even be trying some of these recipes out on my elementary students. Thank you Mark

Amazing Tips For Diet Action Plan

Terrific cookbook! The recipes are great! Easy to make, with ingredients that are healthy, but that you're likely to have available already or can readily find in any grocery store. These recipes are totally doable for busy people with lives beyond food prep. Thank goodness! Delicious, appealing, healthful, sensible. The book itself is of nice quality. The lists of foods that are good or bad for fighting inflammation are helpful too.

The Best Diet Plan I’ve Ever Gotten

I love this cookbook. The recipes I have tried have been reasonably simple to make and absolutely delicious. I've been obsessed with the recipe for a warm chicken and chard salad + dressing since buying it. I would recommend it to anyone who needs some inspiration in cooking due to dietary limitations, but also to people without limitations! It's a joy to cook out of.

Great Tips to Anti Inflammatory Diet

This is the BEST cookbook I have come across for Anti-Inflammatory dieting. Easy, quick, yummy recipes! If you follow this cookbook and plan you will know in 7 days or less if this is a diet you should follow. When I cook from this cookbook, the entire family loves eating the food so no need to cook two meals, additionally I would say the portion size is for 2 people so I do double them often so I have left-overs. This cookbook is VERY organized. Thanks Mark!
