So impressed!!!

This may be best bundle book I have ever purchased. It is so easy to follow, the recipes are not complicated, the way the information about anti-inflammatory eating is presented makes you feel excited about doing yourself a favor and eating better. I have a shelf of diet plans and cookbooks that are simply too complex to put to use in my world. This book is informative and affordable and easy to apply to your daily routine. Nothing fancy - just factual and fun. No stress.

nice information

Love this bundle! I looked at numerous books before purchasing to make sure that I did not have to go out and buy all those very expensive items you normally see on inflammation and whole foods style cookbooks. I suffer painful inflammation and I am so happy that many of these recipes are basic and healthy ingredients that you can easily find and/or have already. I like that I don't have to worry about knowing if what I am making is good for my inflammation and I can vary the ingredients. The recipes taste great - The smoothies are really great too!! Can't stress enough how EASY this book is to work with so I am genuinely confused by the person that wrote that it was not. I honestly have never used a cookbook as much as I have this one. Thank You Mark! I promise that I am unbiased customer with no relation or agenda for writing this other than to offer my opinion and appreciation to help someone make a choice on this book.

Very happy to listen this great book.

I have felt less bloated ever since utilizing the exhortation from this book, and the primary chapter truly made a difference me to get it a few of the causes of irritation and how each one can be tended to. There are parts of great, logical clarifications for a few of the things your body does once you have chronic aggravation, and this was great for me to memorize more approximately so I can get it what is happening. I cherished the breakfast formulas in this book, since I have busy mornings and most of these formulas are exceptionally simple and speedy to form for an on-the-go supper.

A great learning audible

Very happy to have found this book. The recipes are delicious and easy. As a person with a peanut allergy, I always have trouble with healthy cook books because they are full of recipes using peanuts. This book tells you foods that help you and foods that hurt you . This was such a benefit when I was trying to pinpoint and help m son who was having medical problems due to different foods he was ingesting! This is a great resource and I would recommend a listen!

I think this is a reliable audible for us

You will find many delicious recipes in this book! I admit we haven't tried most of them, but the recipes we've prepared have been delicious. There's a solid introduction to the concepts of anti-inflammation diets and the book gives many options for vegans, vegetarians, paloes, etc. The recipes are not super complicated and do not require many weird ingredients. Our naturopath suggested that my husband and I go on an anti-inflammation eating plan. I highly recommend this cookbook.

Great soap making instructions

This is a great book (with more than 450 recipes!!) for beginning your new life style. This book is well organized. Gives enough information to give you a very good understanding as to why we need to change our eating habits. His list of food is good for cooking for a family. I am single and 66 years old. So I can pick and choose which things I want to cook. I love to cook something and live on it for two to three days. So when you see her shopping list you can feel a bite over whelmed. Then, you think it through.... “no I don’t have to buy all of this, it is just a guide to help” a great book to start you off.

Very informative and useful.

As someone who struggles with joint inflammation, headaches and constant bloating, I have constantly been told that medication is the answer to all my problems...and then they get worse...and then I over-medicate. I am a meat and potatoes type of girl and not very good at following 'diets' because I have a hard time being told what to eat, but I love that there are charts to suggest food to avoid (high inflammatory foods) and food you can eat as much as you want of (low inflammatory foods). Whether you are looking for a strict eating plan, or a timer-saver, this book provides you with all of the information you need to get started, with lots of options to cater to your taste preferences, boost your immune system and reduce inflammation throughout your body.
