Research has shown that, like broccoli and cabbage, vitamin K-rich leafy greens such as spinach and kale reduce inflammation. And the material that gives its color to fruits like cherries, raspberries, and blackberries is a kind of pigment that also helps to reduce inflammation.

Useless

This book does not include useful nos understandable information. Additionally it is supposed to include tables and charts but there was no PDF included (unlike other products available in Audible). I think I should get a refund!

Perfect for any healthy Anti-Inflammatory Diet

This is a visually beautiful cookbook .

This is a visually beautiful cookbook with clear and straightforward recipes. I immediately loved the lists of pantry items and have already adjusted items my family purchases based on the recommendations. The smoothie recipes are already a family favorite with our 3.5 and 1.5 year old boys.

I love this book

Incredible plans and simple to pursue eating intends to suit all. I have an immune system illness thus this book has been extremely valuable in directing me to eat nourishment which doesn't irritate. The nourishment is incredible, I haven't felt as though I am limited in my eating routine in any capacity. Delineated too which makes a difference.

It gives us a practical and logical explanation

I've found the book really has been of tremendous benefit also in my personal life. I find myself in a challenging situation and take much of what I learned from the book to resolve the situation positively and to work through a potentially negative situation. I highly recommend this great book!

This book well ordered guide supportive for comprehension. It is the best manual for Anti Inflammatory Diet. Extraordinary cookbook with heaps of info before you even get to the plans!!! This book is stunning. I slanted such huge measures of practical things from this book. I cherish this book. The Anti-Inflammatory Diet Cookbook opened my eyes to how I can change my eating routine to not suffer as much aggravation. So, I highly recommend this great book.

Great Cookbook & Recipes

What I like about this book is the foods list that can hurt anti-inflammatory diet also the list of foods that should be added into this diet, its so helpful now to understand what to eat and what not when you have inflammation disease, .
