I Really Love This Anti-Inflammatory Diet

I am mostly happy with this Anti-Inflammatory Diet for Beginners.I love this book for the information as well as the large variety of food options- I felt like it helped me to really get a handle on my body and the pain I have been in! I would definitely recommend this to all others with similar medical issues or even to just give this a try and see if it helped! And these recipes are delicious, by the way!

Great recipes!

Great recipes and easy to follow eating plans to suit all. I have an autoimmune disease and so this book has been very useful in guiding me to eat food which doesn't cause inflammation. The food is great, I haven't felt as if I am restricted in my diet in anyway.

Great book !

Great cookbook with lots of information before you even get to the recipes!!! I really liked this book.

I really liked this book. For a newbie to the whole anti-inflammatory, paleo thing this is the book for me. I have already tried a few recipes. The Lentil Ginger soup was awesome and easy. I love how the authors break this book into 4 sections from Vegan -Paleo- Mediteranean- Time Saving. It is helping me identify what foods bother me and what I can keep eating. These recipes won't keep you locked in the kitchen cooking. Lots of timesaving ideas.

Constantly Repeating Herself

The Narrator is difficult to listen to. it seems to me that a great deal of the information keeps repeating itself in several chapters.

This is absolutely the best one.

This is absolutely the best one. I felt like it helped me to really get a handle on my body and the pain I have been in! Helpful Book!

This seems to be a diet book that sounds like it might be helpful. Inflammation causes a lot of pain and other health issues. If we eliminate the inflammation we should find out! It seems fairly simple and the recipes are easy to understand and to prepare.

Facile to detect the direction and clear examples

This book provides in trifles of the topics

This cookbook is a magnificent and extremely useful source which will be good to recommend to all those who prefer the anti-inflammatory diet above other diets at all times. Great and yummy suggestions for recipes and meals that are not to difficult to put together. If you want to improve your health and eat right, then you must have listened to and follow this book. Even if you don't think you need an anti-inflammation eating plan, you will find many delicious recipes in this audiobook. I refer to this anti-inflammatory cookbook every time I plan my meal all week to come. Highly recommend!

Lots of Vital Data Accumulated In This Book.

Many of my disease issues have resolved. You won't miss the inflammatory triggers one bit. These recipes are helpful and yummy too. I have used this audiobook continuously to help keep me on the right track to healing my body. This is absolutely the best one!

This book can develop to Us

Their recipes are mostly wheat & dairy-free, they use coconut and almonds instead. I've been following and making those dishes for a couple of months and still now I haven't been disappointed yet! I love that the recipes are easy and each gives you a tip of how to make it easier.

This book keeps maintaining its knowledge

I love that there is a list of good and bad foods. I am new to anti-inflammatory eating and this audiobook explains it very well. It covers all the interesting basics from the use of canned products to the actual cooking process, which take the great number of prep work and sometimes even extra hours but it's worth it every time!
