Easy to understand a

Very helpful

This book is very helpful. It is put together in a way that is easy to follow and easy to incorporate into a daily or weekly routine. Great and yummy suggestions for recipes and meals that are not to difficult to put together. Especially good for someone ( like me) not able to make big changes but willing to move into a healthier direction.

Simple to follow

This is a complete guide to what you will need to start making critical changes to the way you eat! The authors make what could be challenging for most of us completely doable. They lay out a simple to follow plan including tips for how to prepare for change.

Informative and affordable

It is so easy to follow, the recipes are not complicated, the way the information about anti-inflammatory eating is presented makes you feel excited about doing yourself a favor and eating better. I have a shelf of diet plans and cookbooks that are simply too complex to put to use in my world. This book is informative and affordable and easy to apply to your daily routine

Excellent

Excellent information! Love the way it is set up with a meal plan for the week, a shopping list and ways to manage “do ahead” tasks to save time. It also plans leftovers into the meal plan. The recipes have been easy to follow. And more importantly, my husband is feeling a difference in his general health from cleaner eating!

Most helpfu

I found this book to be most helpful in planning recipes that definitely help to reduce inflammation and bring weight loss. I really wasn't expecting weight loss with this book but I shed about three pounds the first week. I found the recipes to be very easy to follow with easy to find ingredients.

Great information

Very well put together book. Great information, clear and concise and friendly; laid out coherently. Great recipes. I learned a lot and also felt confident enough to experiment/combine after listen through it the first time. Very helpful; it has become a go-to book for cooking.

Interesting

This book has some nice and interesting looking recipes, which I have not tried yet, since I just received the book yesterday. But so far I haven't found anything that would help with an actual autoimmune disease.

Supper

This book saved my life. I have recently had health problems and a test came back positive for an auto immune disease - not sure which. This book helped me go from being nauseous and super inflamed after every meal to going back to a normal routine.

Love it
