Awesome one

I have enjoyed the easy act of respiratory such a lot however this one is splendid. What a present to be prompt to try and do thus throughout the audiobook. I like to recommend it to anyone with anger or anxiety problems Or anyone managing a fan or Adults with similar problems.

Worthy one

I am learning to take care of my anger and not wish it be gone. My anger tells me I'm suffering. Treat it like I would a friend. Self compassion a big theme. New concept to me and I'm doing my best to practice it. Best audiobook.

Best one

I wish this had been available when I and my siblings were growing up. It is a great tool and audiobook only for Adults but adults as well. I am thinking of passing this on to a sibling.

Some statements are unhelpful

This books has some tips that goes back to simple mindfulness but very often fails to frase things in a more empathetic manner. For a beginner in dealing with their own emotions, it can be helpful, but I still think it can be a bit too simplistic sometimes. I would look for a book more focused on getting in touch emotions and another one on mindfulness for a deeper experience.

I have become realized well from this book

I think this book does a fantastic job of explaining effective anger management. Very helpful, has helped me a lot of deal with my anger issues. I like that he includes step-by-step instructions for how to set things up.
