Finja liebt ihren Opa heiß und innig. Sie ist sehr traurig, als er ins Altersheim kommt. Doch auch dort kann der ehemalige Chemielehrer es nicht lassen, waghalsige Experimente durchzuführen, was regelmäßig Schwester Renate in Rage versetzt. Als Finjas Opa eine selbstangerührte Salbe auf sein rheumatisches Knie schmiert, verschwindet mit dem Schmerz auch gleich das Knie! Finja und ihr Freund Murmel sind begeistert. Es müsste doch möglich sein, nicht nur ein Knie, sondern auch einen Menschen unsichtbar werden zu lassen.
