Estructurado como una novela, incluye un breve prólogo y quince cuento, la mayoría apoyados por completo en entrecortados y divertidos diálogos. Además está ilustrado con seis originales dibujos del autor. Lo que no falta es su habitual erotismo, en esta ocasión más sutil, y cierto inevitable aire cinematográfico. En cualquier caso se lee con entusiasmo, tanto si se toma como un todo orgánico o por partes independientes, de delante hacia atrás, de detrás hacia delante o picoteando aquí y allá. Un libro ameno, insólito y personal, fiel reflejo del mundo de su autor y de un tiempo lejano y perdido.
