Overall very good advice

This book is great for beginners and the author gives a passable and understandable description of alkaline diets. The recipes look healthy and really good. Eating alkaline doesn't change your blood pH, but it decreases stressors on your body of trying to maintain an alkaline pH. This book helped me to synthesize and answer so many questions I've had about an alkaline lifestyle and how to get started and the research behind it. Recommended.

Interesting Book

alkaline diet is beneficial in reducing bodily inflammation, but knowing what foods to eat and what to avoid has been a problem. This book explains the acid-alkaline issue in easy-to-understand language. It also provides great menu suggestions, a 30-day meal plan, and easy recipes for meals and snacks. Now I can incorporate more alkaline foods into my diet and understand what kinds of foods I might want to avoid, in order to reduce the bodily inflammation that accompanies my fibrillation.

Great User Guide....!

This is one very well done book about alkaline diet. It is detailed about principles of alkaline diet, everything is clearly explained and very informative. Of course, main part of the book are recipes and they do not disappoint. I must say the pictures of food are beautiful and certainly open an appetite, regardless if you follow alkaline diet or not. There are many recipes here and enough variety so everyone can find something to their taste. I love this meal plan, it is perfect for those like me who want to start a diet, but don't know how. I don't really have anything negative to say about this book, a very well-rounded and informative book with great recipes, recommended.

Recommended.

The alkaline diet focuses on reducing acidic foods, like grains, cheese, poultry, and meat. This book helped me to synthesize and answer so many questions I've had about an alkaline lifestyle and how to get started and the research behind it.The recipes are not complicated in my opinion, but a beginner cook may find some to be a little challenging. I Really Love This Alkaline Diet for Beginners

This book is splendid. I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this book. Rebalance to regain health

I highly recommend getting this book. I have read the whole book in a few days, easy to read, and everything explained in detail on how to do this with success. I have started the pre-cleanse for 2 weeks. I have lost almost 14 lbs, over 2.5 percent body fat, this with only walking.
