This is a great written

This audiobook sets you up for success! They went heavy on the basics (the more information you have, the better prepared you will be!) and then laid the book out in an easy to follow plan. I’ve read several similar audiobooks and this one has the most recipes that sound yummy as well as nutritious! Great audiobook!

I highly recommend this cookbook

There's a solid introduction to the concepts of anti-inflammation diets and the book gives many options for vegans, vegetarians, paloes, etc. The recipes are not super complicated and do not require many weird ingredients. Our naturopath suggested that my husband and I go on an anti-inflammation eating plan. I highly recommend this cookbook.

This audiobook is very helpful

This audiobook is very helpful. It is put together in a way that is easy to follow and easy to incorporate into a daily or weekly routine. Great and yummy suggestions for recipes and meals that are not to difficult to put together. Especially good for someone ( like me) not able to make big changes but willing to move into a healthier direction. The weekly shopping lists are put together well and got me started out on the right path. Love this audiobook!

I like this audiobook

I like the simple and straight forward approach. I also like the menus the author has made for each state of body...immunity, thyroid and kidney stones. The recipes that I have tried are very tasty! I would highly recommend this audiobook for all the above reasons. Ann Ormond-Haynes

audioBook and material organized well. Easy to listen and follow. Creative healthy recipes with a few colorful pictures of recipes. Contains 150 alkaline recipes. There are color code dots next to recipes/foods that tell which foods support kidney, thyroid, and boost immunity.

Good audiobook..

The plans are low sodium, and low fat, anyway high in fiber and cell fortifications. The plans look superb and sound. There are things for each banquet including smoothies, nibbles and desserts.

Inconsistent and contradictory.

Lots of contradictory content leading to the basic jist of >avoid processed, fatty and sugary food, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.
The book finishes with endless unhealthy recipes all containing combinations of sugar, dairy, pork chops, fat, processed meat, margarine... I gained weight just listening to it.
