Beware do your own research !!!

There’s some suggestions in this book that aren’t alkaline but noted as such like potatoes, brown rice and cauliflower to name a few.....

Much better recipes

I love that there are more than JUST this recipes! A lot of oven based recipes as well and blender recipes and more! A lot of her recipes will be familiar if you have followed her on Instagram for any amount of time. And you can always make these recipes your own a lot are the basics and as you get used to them, you can add whatever you want and it will only get better! Excellent!

Nice book for users. A great resource for the beginner. I appreciate the variety of recipes and the specific tips that are a good springboard for finding recipes online. Once you understand how the Alkaline Diet works and feel competent, it's not such a mystery. Excited.

Healthy recipes

This is a great “Alkaline Diet ”, appropriate for anyone with diverse eating habits. The intro covers Instant Pot basics, handy accessories, all those buttons, FAQs, high altitude considerations, and general notes. Then she gets into the recipes, from breakfast through dessert, with plenty of vegetarian, seafood, and meat main dishes to choose from. The book has a great range, with plenty of comfort food dishes and gourmet recipes from all different ethnic backgrounds.

These formulas are awesome

These formulas are awesome - I am so eager to figure out how to utilize my Alkaline a wide range of things. There are some great recipes here too for the days when you have time to savor the experience of cooking. The pictures are great & making my mouth water. I will start going through & making the recipes probably tomorrow, can't wait. I think it is a great source of delicious recipes and well worth the price. The Alkaline Instant Pot recipes are very healthy.

Awesome guideline

I just got this book today, and already listen it! This book explains little hints and tricks for using “Alkaline Diet ”, such as explaining the differences between types of releases for recipes. I like that each recipe is broken down into preparation time, cooking time and release time. Unlike other reviews, it doesn’t bother me that there aren’t pictures with every recipe as it leaves more room on the page for instructions. The layout of each recipe flows well, and has a list of ingredients that stands out and doesn’t blend in with the rest of the instructions. As soon as I make a few recipes I will update the review on their accuracy.

Amazing guide

I find exciting as a collector of recipes and food experiences. The combinations are interesting. I will say that the information about the way an Instant Pot works and the variations of each model is very informative and helps you understand exactly how the machine works. This is good because you can generalize the cooking techniques to your own recipes. That was probably my favorite part. Oh and the coconut cornmeal porridge. Yummo! Good cookbook. A lot of recipes. I like it.

Delicious Recipes

Very thorough directions. All the recipes I've made so far have all turned out great. You can't go wrong with this book. Great pictures. And directions are really clear and easy to understand. Excited to try a lot of these recipes. You can have more ideas how diet works to our body system. Recipes are perfectly made for instant pot which is the most modern and versatile kitchen tool nowadays. This book is a complete explanation of instant pot cooking. I highly recommend this cookbook for anyone with an instant pot. Thankful guidebook.

Decent listen
