No Chapter Titles
The introduction is too long and there are no chapter titles. It would have been great to be able to jump to a section.

Good overview, missing contrast with waterfall
Reader doesn't do the letter L, but very skilled at masking, still a bit distracting.
There are summaries of the different methods, not a lot of examples, and I wish there could have been a comparison to the default way of doing projects, waterfall.

Interesting overview and guide.
The title suggests a guide. And it is more of a historical overview with some quite shallow examples. I expected a lot more.

A great starting-point for anyone,
I like how it gives a history and layout of the basics in the beginning of the book. It was a good basis of how to preform agile in the work place and has provided a building block for me at work. It is easy for a beginner to understand and gives a clear understanding of the key ideas and principles of Agile. If you like IT, use this in the workplace, or would like some fresh ideas in running IT at work, I would highly suggest this book for reading.

This book is by far so much better.
I did receive this product in exchange for my genuine, unbiased review.
This book is by far so much better, by a long shot! The details are clear, and straight forward to understand. The author an amazing job of explaining things thoroughly and little by little expanding on the principles of Project management. We have been able to better focus our time on what is actually being taught; this book has done wonders for us in understanding the material for class.

Really good introduction.
I have been hearing a lot about Agile lately; sprints, scrum, what is all this, and why is it important. It was about time I found out for myself. Not having much time to read a thousand page book on the subject I turned to this Ultimate Guide. In a short hour or two, I was able to catch myself up on the overall concepts, benefits, and potential issues with the agile approach to project management.

Very sound principles
I like how the first principle is that customer satisfaction is the highest priority. Of course in order for a business to have longevity, it requires that the company have customers, and more importantly, when the customers are loyal and keep coming back. It brings more certainty for the company to have consistent projected profitability. I feel that the principles are very sound and, if followed, lay down a very strong foundation.

Highly recommend!
Agile is to be great when your organization wants to obtain benefits sooner or business needs change frequently. You can work on what you know about the business' needs now. I found this Quick Start Guide to be very informative as well as easy to read. The author does not speak over you, rather they speak to and with you. Great explanations in all aspects discussed. Highly recommend! I'm excited to put what I've learned to task. I received this product for free.

This guide gave good analogies.
I appreciate the contrast provide in the guide to other project management strategies as well, for example the Waterfall approach; this helped distinguish and set apart the approach in my mind. I did catch a few missing words (or in one case sentences - hopefully this was my kindle players fault), but overall a great introduction to the topic.

I love the content in the book.
As the title says, it is a quick-start guide for beginners. In every sense of the word. As you can tell from only a 90 page book, it doesn't go into a lot of depth, more than just a quick glance at the basics.
