Much more than a sequel
I've just finished After You and I'd like to say thank you for giving us more of Lou's journey. Feel free at anytime to give us another chapter or two I still feel the need to find out more of these beautifully complex characters. I know I could rely on my own imagination to fill in the blanks but quite frankly I don't trust myself to do that. In both these books things happened that I pretty much expect to occur but so much more took me completely by surprise. I wanted to skip forward more than once just to put myself out of my misery when I was hanging by a thread. I refrained but only just. I did love the way you took the time to allow all of the characters from Me Before You to grow within the pages of this book. It would have been easier to wrap things up with a nice little extended epilogue after the previous book but theirs was a story that needed to be told. I really enjoyed listening to the audio adaptations and the performance of those narrating brought about a depth that I sometimes miss when I am speeding towards the end of a book. Now I just have to wait for the movie.

I cried and laughed and had a few aha moments
Great book had me enthralled right from the start. It tore my heart out and gave me moments of laughter and deep joy. Will definitely recommend it.

Hope there is a sequel to the sequel
I was so happy to see that there was a sequel to Me Before You and it did not disappoint. Thoroughly enjoyed the unexpected twist in the storyline and could not put it down but it has left me wanting more! It was wonderfully written and beautifully narrated. I really hope there is a sequel to After You

wonderfully moving and real
Loved it! Fantastic narrator! So good to find out what happened to Louisa Clark after Will's passing. Makes you feel like you are part of her family and her secret confidant at the same time. Brilliant and real!
