I would’ve given a 5 star but ...

I found this very helpful for getting me to sleep while letting my mind absorb the affirmations. I have listened to this while working out and other ways too. What I don’t like about it is the way the author slips in an advertisement for the next book towards the end. Maybe put that at the beginning for those of us who want to only hear the affirmations uninterrupted. It comes off as creepy and underhanded. Sorry, Daniel, but hitting a person up when they are in a suggestive state is unethical. PS: And as much as I LOVE the audible guy saying he hopes I enjoyed the program, the meditative audio books need to end quietly and uninterrupted.

great confidence booster

This book really helps me stay focused on positivity -and the future I am working toward. Especially when I am starting to feel down. It helps me feel gratitude more deeply in the present also. I only wish the music was the same volume as the speaker's voice.

Really Good on Many Levels

Affirmations, Meditation, & Hypnosis is exactly what it says. It is full of positive affirmations for abundance in all aspects. Positive affirmations work. Next what I like about this audiobook is that you can meditate to these affirmations. I love that you can also listen to this book while falling asleep and use it as a hypnosis for relaxation and restfulness. I think the ambient, almost vibrational music does this. This audiobook is a total win. You just can't go wrong with it. Daniel James Lewis's voice is calming and relaxing. He speaks clearly with a nice tone. He's perfect for this audiobook. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

A Great Guide

I really enjoyed listening to this book. I found myself relaxing and my mood lifting as I listened. The only complaint I have is the music is a bit too low during the meditative portion. I would have liked the narrator's voice to match the low level of the music. The narration is done well. Daniel James Lewis has a nice soothing voice and he reads at a good cadence. Hypnotizing

I sleep with this book on in my headphones. Washing my brain is critical to my successful assent!

Great to listen to in the background

I wasn't able to listen to these affirmations as meditation... But I'm not good at meditation to begin with. But what I really loved about this was that I could turn it on and do my menial task while feeling highly motivated. I'll listen to this over and over.

good read

I found some of the stuff in the book interesting and others I felt I needed to fastfoward through. I did learn things but I think it just wasn't the book for me. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
