About this listen
The Apocalypse is here. Monsters roam the Earth. To survive, he must master the System.
Giant fireblasts tear across the earth as the Gates of Hell are ripped open. In an instant, billions are killed. Human technology becomes utterly worthless in the face of the end of the world.
Fortunately for Jaco, he barely survives the opening act of the Apocalypse.
Unfortunately for him, he has to live through what comes next.
Those who died in the initial blast are reincarnated as undead monsters. Massive fiery pits swallow up the center of every major city across the world. Demonic creatures make all realms of Earth their home.
But all hope is not lost. The Angels left a parting gift before their defeat. A System that bestows Humanity the power to fight back.
With it, Jaco shall master his Druid Class and do whatever it takes to not only survive the end of the world, but to thrive.
Don't miss the start of this new Apocalyptic System LitRPG by V.A. Lewis, bestselling author of Salvos and Amelia The Level Zero Hero, writing together with D. Pidge. Featuring loads of action, a detailed system, power progression, Druid abilities, and so much more!
It's perfect for fans of System Apocalypse, Apocalypse Redux, and Primal Hunter!

This character is flat
This character is flat! they have no background , no discriptors and no actual motivation what so ever.
I understand the want to have a self insertable character but, they still need to be a Character.
After the first 1/4 of the book I was screaming in frustration every time the phrase "the young man" came up. (which, incase it wasnt clear was not only a lot but so much that if it were a drinking game I would have died of alcohol poisoning well before mid book.)
This is really lazy writing.
When you ignore that, the actual story is interesting and i am intreagued by where it might be going. There is some nice tension with some knowledge hidden from the MC and some interesting world mechanics.
The Angels:Demons twist on this system appocolypse is fun and I am enjoying the worldbuilding nuggets.
I personally need a break from "the young man" for a bit but am willing to come back to find out more in the next book

MC is boring
The mc is boring and a coward. The story is lazy. Plus with a name like Jacko he deserves to be omitted from existence.
