Who Hired Narrator and Production Staff?

The content of this book is helpful. However, why on Earth was a clearly non-scienctific individual hired to narrate and further, why didn't production staff (or even the actual author) correct the rampant mispronounced words and medical terminology?! "Norepinephrine" is literally pronounced differently every single excruciating time he reads it. Also, the cadence of reading is super off. Every time he has to say, "ADHD," he states it as if making a proclamation of the title of an essay. I'm only into Chapter 3 and trying really hard to get thru it because the content is interesting but wowzer - this could have been done so much better. /facepalm

An easy and enjoyable listen

What I really liked was that it was easy to listen to with uncomplicated language; which is good as I easily trail off with overly wordsy explanations. Very good and useful tips which I made notes of to put into practice. I will try the other book by this author too :-)

Changed my view on things!!!

I’m buying this for everyone I know that’s ever struggled with Stress. I’m in therapy & while it’s amazing to have someone walking this journey with me, this book teaches a lot of the same principals/theories in a gentle, easy to understand way.
