Thoroughly enjoying this series The narrator is fantastic. Does not push the voices too much or screech or mumble like some…. The storyline flows and gels in an intricate pattern from book to book the characters well drawn and not one dimensional cut out heroes or villains. Would recommend this series for lovers of fantasy.

I started reading these books in the 90’s as a teen. I’m now late 40’s and still love to start from the first book and read them through. They’re old friends, these books and I. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Ruth Urquhart is also my favourite narrator also so win-win.
