The male narrator is awful and completely ruined the listening experience. Female narrator was very good. The story itself felt like there were too many ideas in one book and ended feeling underwhelming.

Rushed conclusion to an otherwise interesting trilogy.

I absolutely loved the final part of this trilogy! Kats growth had me so excited every time she showed the middle finger to the patriarchy. I also enjoyed listening to the female narrator but I almost didn’t finish the audiobook because of the male narrator. I feel bad for saying it but it felt like he was reading a shopping list with every line. There were so many opportunities to emphasise the emotion the words were offering but the narrator just didn’t take the words to the next level. Was just a bit mundane and took away from the story. Otherwise great performance and book.

Love this series! The story line was very enjoyable bit Liam Price's narration makes it so hard to listen! His inflections are alllllllllll wrong. Every sentence is spoken with angst and you never know if hes actually finished a sentence

the male narrator is absolutely awful. I almost stopped listening. He sounds like an automated voice on a telephone call...press 1 for enquiries, press 2 for ripping your hair out because of this voice.

I enjoyed the overall story, it seemed like a good ending tied up in a neat little bow. the female narrator was fantastic as was in the first two books. the male narrator however made me want to throw my phone. I have never heard a more monotone and boring voice than that narrator. I do not like being mean, but the narrator just made the entire audiobook practically intolerable. I had to listen to the male parts of the book at 1.7x just so I could get the information that was necessary to enjoy the rest of the book. I wanted to listen to a fantasy book, not a documentary. I genuinely have never wanted to get through a book so fast simply so I didn't have to hear that voice again.

anyway, I did enjoy the story. probably not as much as I did the first two books, however, still enjoyable.

I loved this series, but in book two where they introduced a male narrator, I cringed. I couldn't put my finger on what I didn't like, but a little into this book, I realised that the male narrator delivers everything like a news presenter. it's absolutely awful. if I could skip the male chapters without missing key plot points, I would.

Good conclusion to the series, although ending dragged a little. The male narrator was unbearable- he sounds like he's never heard humans speak before,very stilted and overly dramatic. Doesn't seem to understand how punctuation works,running sentences together and then pausing in the middle of a phrase. Did no one listen to the recording before publishing this or giving him a 3 book contract??
Female narrator was better, but clearly an American trying to do an English accent- fine but missed the mark on several words

I was so excited for this book but that turned to utter disappointment when I realised that the same male narrator had been used. It makes it near impossible to listen to. Storyline is fantastic but is ruined by the male narrator. Female narrator is fantastic.
