relaxing and vivid

I have 4 of these books. Ths is the most relaxing and my favorite. The imagery is vivid and easy to visualize.

i love all of Belleruth Naperstak's meditations

Naperstak's meditations are thoughtful and promote transformation. I listen to them at night when I'm falling asleep and they are very calming. the music in the third section is wonderful and never fails to put me to sleep. I slow the speed down to about 80 and that makes Naperstak's voice and the music very soothing.

A Meditation to help you with weight loss

An excellent program. Relaxes me and I have noticed that I stop and think before making a food decision. I am considering food choices while shopping. Ms Naperstack’s voice is very soothing. I would highly recommend the program.

life changing

I immediatly noticed at the beginning that every time I listened to the meditation, I ended up with a smile on my face.
After one month of daily listening, paired with a healthy diet and 10k steps per day, I lost 4 of the 15kg I have to lose to attain my ideal weight. And Ive been trying for more than 5 years to start a diet. Now I mostly listen to the affirmations to support my motivation to be healthier.
It's the first time in my life, that I respect and love my body. This feeling is amazing. Thank you dr Naparstek!
