Not my favourite of the series

Nice to see the story round out. Author can be repetitive with content and the narration detracted from the story. Previous narrators have been better

Tobacco Girls series

I enjoyed the series of books getting to know the three main characters,
The intertwining stories of the girls through their teenage years and then following their individual journeys through the war years.
Their friendship and resilience over the years was a joy to read. The last book brought together all the loose ends where they all have a chance to look forward to the future after the war years although having to go their separate ways.
Highly recommend the series, enjoyed Lizzie Lane’s portrayal of friendship of the three M’s.
