I don’t know if I left it to long between reading the rest of the series, which I pretty much binged, and this one, but I didn’t really connect or care about any of the characters in this book.
Even if I had forgotten some things, a book of this length is more than enough to rekindle emotions but I got nothing.
I loved the rest of the series but the ending fell flat
