About this listen

Set amidst the majestic Big Sky country of 1881 Montana, Tracie Peterson’s enthralling tale spotlights Lacy Gallatin, a tomboy who feels out of place with her married sisters. Riding off in snow-covered darkness to seek the counsel of the only mother figure she’s ever known, Lacy finds herself snowbound with a man who often exasperates her. And yet strange stirrings in her heart now confuse her.

The way Tracie Peterson writes her books shows how the Grace of God really works in real peoples lives. Her writing makes me sometimes wish I could step back into the pages of the Bible and history and be part of her stories. But being the thoroughly modern woman I am I don’t know if I could live in those times.
So thank God I have the next best thing… Tracie Peterson.

As usual - love, love, loved the series!
