Why am I writing this book?

The reason I am writing this book is to share with people the recipes that have few ingredients and are very nutritious. As they say, sharing is caring and therefore, I believe that by sharing the amazingly delicious recipes, I care for you.

This book is for anyone who prefers recipes with only a few ingredients. Every person in the world has followed at least one diet in order to lose weight. Of course, losing weight is not the most fun thing in the world, especially if the diet you need to follow restricts your favorite foods, making you feel as if you are starving. The thing with diets is that they usually cut out the foods we enjoy the most. While the results can be visible after a little while (a couple of weeks), the problem occurs once we stop following that diet. We gain weight immediately. 

Many people who have tried to lose weight by switching from one diet to another have faced the infamous yo-yo effect, which often occurs after a finished diet and results in the regain of lost kilograms. The final result is a very starved and unsatisfied person and weight that did not change.

The yo-yo effect is perhaps the most frustrating part of temporary diets that promise you will lose all your extra weight within seven or ten days. Naturally, people who have followed such diets are now disappointed because they no longer believe that starving or consuming meals with strictly reduced calories is of any use.
