Der Autor:
Prof. Walter Simon studierte Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften in Hamburg, Frankfurt und Tokio und ist heute als Professor für Human Resources Management an der Fachhochschule Wiesbaden tätig. Er ist Geschäftsführer des Beratungsinstitutes IPW Innovationsteam für Politik und Wirtschaft in Bad Nauheim. Seit mehr als 20 Jahren hat sich Prof. Simon durch Zeitschriftenartikel, Bücher sowie Funk- und Fernsehauftritte einen Namen gemacht.
