About this listen
When first entering the fitness world, I was amazed at the quantity of fitness equipment and machines. This machine will do one thing, but this other machine makes it easier. Take this magic pill and you'll have a beautiful body. For people, like me, who have caved into these fads and recognized their flaws, I wish to exploit and critique these fading fads so that you aren't another victim that experiences a failure like I did. I have been a victim to most fads, and I use the Fair Use Act to my advantage. I critique 25 fitness fads, using my person training experience, so you don't have to.
