strengthen yourself and read this

This is such a great review of personality differences and how you might have gotten taken advantage of from other manipulative personalities. I learned a lot about myself and how to protect myself by creating boundaires and really digging deep to find out what is important to me first so that I don't get trampled on. there are some exercises in here you may want to really pause and do a few times or let sit a day or two before moving on. well worth it
