I listen to this when my mind is racing and I can't sleep. It really helps.

this audiobook made me feel more stressed as listening this kind of abstract sentences had no effect on me and so those 20 min were "laying" too long

The voice actually caused me anxiety, I fell asleep more easily when not listening to this.

I found the narrator's voice to be quite charismatic but not the slightest bit soothing or calming.. like a commercial radio announcer.
the background sounds/music seemed to be building up to something like the introduction to a fancy magic show or the background music in a psychological thriller .... not at all relaxing.

different things may work for different people, but yeah ... this defs didn't work for me.
