Cynics, walk this way.
Never one for this kind of thing. But I’m trying anything to make me take time out and be less hyper. This is 20 mins I wish I’d allocated earlier. I fell into an amazingly relaxed sleep at some point. At no point did I ever feel preached to or cynical or asked to search for my inner whatever. I simply listened….and drifted off. It was so awesome I did it again……same outcome. Calm voice, no mumbo jumbo, I’ve allocated 20 mins in my day for this everyday. “Time Out” for stressed and hyper cerebral grown ups. I’m in!

Weird way of…. Speaking
Helps you to relax to go to sleep, yet his manner of speaking can…. throw you off. I don’t understand why he has to pause like that, it’s not necessary.

The word relaxation doesn’t equal relation
Talks too fast and so not relaxing. I think they think that saying relax or relaxation means one relaxes. If only it was so easy.
Overall I found it annoying (enough to write a review - which I never do) as oppose to relaxing and sleep inducing
