その東証１部上場企業は１９年２月時点で２１２６社（外国会社除く）。そこに勤める社員はおよそ３７１万人に上る。「１部上場」の看板を失うとなれば、グループ企業の従業員を含め、この何倍もの人たちに関わる問題といえる。
この先、新１部の選定基準がガラリと変わり「天国と地獄」ほどの差を生み出しかねない新しい基準の中身を見ていこう。
