Say no to stress!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes because stress is the number one killer. It harms all parts of your body and it doesn't do anything good for you.

What did you like best about this story?

I like that it offers a wide range of solutions. Everything from saving for a rainy day to taking a nice hot bath. You have to take some time to relax every now and then, instead of worrying about things you can't control.

Which scene was your favorite?

There were no scenes, only many tips to help you.

What did you learn from 100 Ways to Relieve Stress that you would use in your daily life?

I learned that you have to take it day to day. I already knew that, but sometimes you just have to be reminded.

Any additional comments?

Don't hesitate to do some of the things this book suggests. Many are just helpful tips to keep things in perspective, so you aren't out of anything if you try them.
