Great Value

Any additional comments?

This is not just an audible book, it is a program. There are supplemental exercises you can find in her book to help boost your results but there are also free resources she points readers to for them to practice and better understand the material taught. I just got finished taking a speed reading course through my university and thought I would listen to this audiobook to reinforce what I had learned. I found this program to be just as complete as the speed reading course I took via my university and even more so. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is interested in speed reading or learning to read more efficiently. But, the key is to make sure you participate and apply the material, even if it is just using the free resources she provides and your own reading material. You must apply her teachings to get the most out of the program.

Could have been 5 stars

This may have been one of the best audible books I've ever listen to, I like the feature with the tones, however towards the end of the audiobook the tone would cut out the first few words after each Break. That was very annoying

motivating to listen...

Since I listen while I am driving I like the fact that it has a "bell" or some sort of "ping" when the narrator is about to say key words and phrases or make a point. it helps not to doze off and day dream while the audio is on. Plus it is made to be listened and is acknowledging it throughout-- thus emphasizing where you can refer back on the book (what pages) if you want to go through the exercises further. I had purchased another book of the same topic at the same time and i like this one better.

Excellent

I enjoyed this a lot. It's got great tips, revelations, and brief interviews with successful people who attribute their success in large part to reading. Abby comes across competent and caring. Well done, Abby!

It was okay

Some helpful tips but otherwise filled with nothing but fluff. The book could have been much shorter and less painful to listen to.

Simple but powerful

Enjoyed the whole audiobook.
Simple but with a lot of valuable information, as well puts you into a perspective of how good or bad you are and then while learning it ask again how you are doing or feeling already.
Really nice!
Good points to check yourself and to improve a lot.
