2020年に新型コロナウイルスの感染対策として定着したテレワークは今、「転換期」を迎えています。23年5月の5類移行を契機に“出社回帰”の機運が上昇。テレワークと出社勤務を融合させる「ハイブリッドワーク」時代が訪れ、個人にも働き方の変革が求められているのです。海外では一足先に出社回帰が進んでいます。22年には、グーグルとアップルが従業員に週3日以上の出社を要請。23年に入り、ディズニーやアマゾンも続きました。国内では製造業を中心に「原則出社」の方針を打ち出す企業が増加。しかし本誌調査では企業に勤める人のうち完全出社の割合は約39％。週に1～4日出社する人が約44％を占めており、現在はハイブリッドワークが主流といえそうです。出社回帰とテレワーク継続の折衷案として「ハイブリッドワーク」が浸透しています。ただ、新たな課題も噴出しているのも事実。出社勤務とテレワークが混在する「ハイブリッドワーク時代」には新たな課題も生まれており、仕事の成果や効率を上げる「最適解」に迫りました。
