いつの間にか、周りは一面の青葉に包まれる季節となった。振り返ってみると桜が咲き始めた頃から今に至るまで、用件がたて込んで、その折々の木々の変化はもちろん知っていたのだが、以前のようにしみじみとそうした東北では春紅葉といわれている新緑の変化を楽しむゆとりもなかった事にあらためて気がつく。忙しさはもう随分前から慢性的になってはいるが、今年は特にそれがキツイように思う。ただ、ありがたい事に、私の仕事は私が選んで自分からこの事に積極的に関わることが出来る仕事だから、やればやっただけの達成感もあるし、仕事としてやりがいもある。しかし、現代という時代の非常に大きな問題は、仕事にやりがいや達成感を求められないものが増えてきているという事である。こういうと、「いや、どんな仕事でも心がけ次第でそれは生き甲斐になるのだ」というような事を主張される方もあるかもしれないが、そういう風に言えた時代は、まだ現代のようなおよそ生き甲斐を持ち得ない仕事がなかったからだと思う。 （本文より)　　甲野善紀の「風の先､風の跡～ある武術研究者の日々の気づき」はこちらから→http://yakan-hiko.com/kono.html
